Respected sir/madam,
My credit card account was charged $14.95 on 3/20/2010. I did not authorize this charge. I do not want any future charges against my account. Please remove my e-mail address, my credit card account from your files.

i want let you know that i want cancell about payment stop i found out that two times debit my card in 2 weeks that why that is no reason i said thank you much

Please remove me from this charge, I do not want this service. I will follow-up with phone calls until this is done, and I get a confirming e-mail. I also get with my Credit card company to disregard your request for payment. If this is not done immediately, I will be filing fraud complaint.
