Respected sir/madam,
I agreed to be charged only one dollar to receive information in the mail, which I never received. Not only was I charged the dollar, I was charged $11.95 twice, $4.95 twice for some fraud protection & $9.95 for identity security, a total of $43.75 in unauthorized charges. I expect to be credited for these charges and wish to delete google from my computer for allowing this to happen.
