Don't use UPS if you want your package in a timely manner. This is the 2nd time I've been burned by this company and the last time. I'm an office manager and starting tomorrow we are switching to Federal Express. Yes they are slightly higher in price but at least they deliver on time. 3/31/09 - I'm left a ticket but no one knocked or rang the bell 4/1/09 - the info notice states that the package will be delivered from 2-5pm. Its now 6pm and nothing - NADA, just some representative giving the usual party line about how sorry they are. USE FEDERAL EXPRESS. UPS's services have declined and continue to decline as the competition narrows.
