INDIAIDEASCOM PRIVATE LIMITED is no fake but they are the service provider for BILLDESK portal Integrated Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment EBPP Service in India under no circumstances they can charge you until you have signedoff on their website with your account details for your any sort of online payments
But I do agree that they are taking undue advantage of your visit on their portal now to get rid of it please send a mail to your respective customer care services for Citibank account holder and instruct them to stop entertaining any ECS debit request from this particular and mention clearly that you dont want to authorize them for any sort of ECS debit

IndiaIdeascom is the bill presentment and payment service provider Have a look at the internetonline payment option you have signed with Citibank ICICI SBI life insurance or any companies you have asked them to pay by internet
you have to see the bill emailedposted to you and reconcile with the amount deducted
If provide billing company reference along with their name it would be easier for you folks to understand It seems they didnt do it

INDIAIDEAScom is not fake they are the payment gateway for many of the online portals where we pay bills
When I got a SMS saying that you made a transaction of Rs1000 from your ICICI credit card at INDIAIDEASOMI immediately thought that somebody misused my card but when I googled for this site I realised that this is a payment gateway and I had paid my tatasky subscription of Rs1000 in tatasky website which was routed through indiaideascom
I think tata-sky or indiaideascom should mention in the tranasaction that it is for the payment of the tatasky bill That way they can avoid all theese confusions
