Pathetic Customer Service
Respected sir/madam,
I have had just about allI can take from the most incompetent, uselsess Service providers on the planet.
I purchased a contract on the 15th June 2010. On the 21st June at 16h15 I returned the package of cellphones untampered with to Baryy Le Pere who assured me that the contract would be cancelled once I spoke to the accounts department. Well I still have had absolutely no joy in getting this cancelled after making about 60 cakls and speaking to 50 people. On the 23rd July Bayport tried to debit my account but there were no funds avaialble. I did not authorise them to debit my account on this date. THey the debited again on the 24th fro an amount of R348.90. What frustartes me is taht they have all these details to take money from me but cannot find a paper trail to ascertain my cancellation. I am livid that I have to pay for cellphones which I am not using and still having to deal with untrained, uselss client service people who cannot do anything except transfer a person from one person to anaother.
Anyone ever thinking of doing business with Bayport please be very wary and if you can rather take your business to a more reputable dealer do so.

I have recieved a noc5 + chat2pl85w flyer cellular phones instead of a NOC5-03 + NOC2-00. can you rectify this ASAP. CELL - 0717054463 ID- 6606015260084

DO NOT USE BAYPORT, They are incompetent to say the least, should you have made this mistake and no longer feel you want to pay them just go into your bank's branch and cancell their autherisation to your account, BE CAREFULL THEY USE A TRACKED DEBIT ORDER SYSTEM this means the minute there are funds in your account they will take them, only the bank can override this.

they tricked me the consultant that i spoke to she told me that i will receive a package of two nokia phones an i asked if they have whatsaap she sad yes but when i opened the package it was nokiac301 and guess what a boyport mobi the dual simcard phone its so useless and when i call they keep on transfering me they play with people so i want to change hte phones or cancell but they dont give me the amount i mean the councelling fee cos m fed up with this useless consultant minah from soshanguve

I have not been able to make a call using my phone for two weeks now since it tells me to dial emergency calls only on the screan but I can receive calls. to my suprice when I went to one of Cell C OUTLETS to lay complain, they told me that someone else has Rica my phone and othe more than 5phones under her name.The make of the Phone is Nokia Lumia 710,the phene number is 0745297180,it is a contract phone with Bayport,my name is Innocent Qinisela Mjoka,ID No.7408285405088. Your quick responce and help will be highly appretiated.

I think you guys you need to improve your service to your customers,your service is very poor, all people they complaining with the same issues,me too im still waiting my reduction forms as you promised its been long time now,I was confused you guys deducted 3 times a month in my acc.our agreement is R200 and they deducted R951.50...my ref 0840988454.
