Please Read Carefully Before Purchasing The Magic Jack.
We purchase the Magic Jack as it claimed it was free unlimted calling to anywhere in Canada and the USA.
We had the Magic Jack for only 4 days and on that 4th day, I worked from home and made my Long Distance calls to office locations in Alabama. My calls were originating from New York.
Half way through the say, my Magic Jack says on the screen, Outgoing Calls Disabled
Upon speaking to Customer Service via Live Chat from the website, the operator says that the reason why our calls were disabled was becuase I made more than 20 calls in one day.
