Poor Customer service
Respected sir/madam,
1-Customer service(Lack Of)-- I went to return a book that I bought and already had one at home. The customer service rep said that policy is that books can ONLY be returned with 24 hours. I had my receipt and the binding on the book did not even have a crease or fold on it. Then I wanted to return a defective light sensor. The rep told me to go to the department and find another product with the same UPC on it; she could not return it with just the receipt! So I went to the electrical department, found the product, and stood in line again to wait for the next customer service rep. She then refunded my money on the light sensor only. ( KMART had just refunded 3 books that I had bought 4 days previously and already had copies of. NO QUESTIONS ASKED) At most stores if a Upc is needed, the customer service rep calls an employee to go and check on it, not ask the customer to go retrieve it. 2- Pharmacy problems.
