I had my teenage daughter take her car (acutally my car) to have the left front tire looked at due to slow leak. Employees convinced her tire wear was causing poor mileage, no leak, needed new tires and alignment. She got scammed into buy 2 tires for $457 dollars. They ignored my daughters request to keep old tires thinking we could sell if they werent actually bad. Old tires were gone when I arrived to complain, mgr was gone, and got no satisfaction. After talking to my daughter determined the asst manager lied since he wasnt actually there when pressure sale happened, but since old tires are gone dont have much recourse. I have purchased several sets of tires from NTB and received good service but based on this nightmare, my family will never purchase anything from NTB or its sister companies.
