I have got SMS from AT-Airtel on 13-Nov-2010 by 2.52PM to my Mobile No 9994358419 - that
RC - 195 with Extra SMS for U! Loc A2A 10p/min & Others(Loc&STD) 60p/min + Free 15, 000 Loc/Nat SMS. (extra 5, 000 Loc SMS in 48 hrs). Offer till 16-Nov.
I have renewed my booster pack on 14-Nov-2010 by 1 PM. But i havent get SMS facility. Then i have registered complaint with Customer Care by that time . Ref No 1114161093 Supervisor Padmavathy registered this complaint.
Now i called to CC reg my complaint status, they said we didnt send any SMS like that. I am not sure who is lie on this. I dont have any purpose to lie reg
this. I can ready to show this message to anyone.
