I tried to order a Just5 phone. It said my pass word was wrong. When I tried to get my pass word it said my email address was wrong. When I tried to register it said I was already registered.

You need to get rid of the genius that does your on line order set up and get someone new. Maybe someone in their 50s that know what they are doing.
