Respected sir/madam,
My Name Is Nicholas Dsouza resideing at 75 A Ranwar Warod Road Bandra WesT Mumbai 400050 having vodafone mobiloe no 9820903392 since 2005.
Have Complained about no network on Vodafone at the above mentioned address on 14th Dec 2010 and till date twice their netowrk team has come and surveyed but hasnt come back with a solution. After many repeated complaints ( Complain No :1037357388 in March 2011) Vodafone employees sent me an antenna which is suppose to boost the signal. However the antenna doesnt work and I need to connect a wire to the phone and the antenna which makes it a landline. Inspite of visiting Vodafone stores and calling their complaint number there has been no action on the same. Today after more than 6 months I am still suffering with this problem.
Request you to please help me with the same.
