Respected sir/madam,
I had a problem with a vertical red line across my TV screen so I had to ship it to the service center in NJ. They said the problem wasn\\\\t covered under warranty and canceled it. They offered me a discount on a new TV, but I asked them to just ship it back as is. When I got it back, it didn\\\\t even turn on. I figured something happened in transit, but I recently took it to a repair shop and was told they shipped the tv back to me sans power supply! I have tried to talk to Samsung, and they say to call the service center. Is the service center (who were very unprofessional) really going to admit they took my power supply?
