Respected sir/madam,
I have 2 contracts with BAYPORT CELLULAR. My new contract has just been opened in May 2011, my phone got stolen, i called the customer services to enquire about a replacement cell phone.Only to be told that \\\"THEY DO NOT OFFER INSURANCE ON CELL PHONES\\\". I am flabbergasted, i was not informed about this when i took the contract out and secondly how can i pay for 2 YEARS for a phone that i do not have????Does not make sense to me...then i want to cancel the agreement(contract)but i was then told that i have to settle THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT plus 10%.

dear bayport for the past three to four months ive called one of the customer services to compalain about my two sim cards that are lost they told to give them my email address and idid that but up to so far ive never received any information regarding that issue please send me that letter so that ican go to any vodacom outlets for help 0827850683 0827850686 and my current number is 0827850690

i have one year now with your contract fone i lost it last week suturday and i called the bay port cellular to closed it. they promissed to email me the letters that i must go with to vodacom im still waiting.and i cant wait forever because im calling them with my own fone. please help me my no is 0769404105
