Respected sir/madam,
had a full 8 piece setting of Colonial Williamsburg - Royal Scroll. I was missing 4 salad forks. I ordered 4 salad forks (6 1/4 inches) on 9/23/2011. Today, 10/5/2011 I received 4 dinner forks (7 1/4). Please advise me how I should handle this problem.
