Upon occupancy I found following issues with Fernbrook home builders in Toronto,\r\nMissing appliances - fridge and stove\r\nMissing hood,\r\nMissing Ventilation covers\r\nMissing bulbs\r\nShaky and poorly fitted leaky balcony doors and windows, too noisy and leaky when it is windy-bad workmanship.\r\nopen electric box.\r\nDead Garage entry FOB: customer service and management unable to help for 15 days.\r\nWater Shower- flow of water slow,\r\nNo heating-- so far no response.\r\nBalcony net broken\r\n\r\nInspite of reporting many times, they did not fix timely and fully. We Experienced very poor coordination in their team and very bad and unfriendly customer service. No one responsible to sort out issues. Management and Customer service both were found to be irresponsible in their duties and try to push on each other. Due to faulty Garage door FOBs and no help from Absolute builders I had to suffer every night to get in to building. Very poor support system in place. Sent faxes and called VP Customer relations, never heard from him. They never return calls. No staff found to be customer friendly with few exceptions. Their mid level management are accusing customer to protect jobs of their low level staff.\r\nKeep fingers crossed to see if they ever wake up.. Fernbrook thinks customer is not right and whatever their staff says is true. I found total chaos and unprofessionalism in their work so far. Never came across this type of builder who has no respect for customers. Very poor handling of problems.
