I sent two parcels to UPS Store 5075 in Bellingham, Washington, to be held for customer pickup. The parcels were delivered on Thursday, June 3, and I picked them up on Saturday, June 5. The store charged me $10.00 each for holding the parcels. In contrast, I sent a parcel to UPS Store #0949 in Reno, Nevada, and they only charged me $5.00 for holding the parcel a much longer time (over a week). I feel the Bellingham store\\\\s charge is excessive for the service they provided.
