On December 14, 2011 I placed a furniture order (#547271) with Great Priced Furniture and called four hours later to cancel due to space constraints. I was told they would place my order on \\\"Hold\\\" and not run my credit card, to allow me time to look for alternatives. I called the company December 15th to notify them I could not find an alternative. They assured me the order would be cancelled. I later noticed my credit card had been charged for the full amount of the order on December, 15, 2011. I contacted Customer Service Manager, Cindy Wright who sited a miscommunication and apologized for the charge. She assured me the credit request would be sent immediately to the finance department. I checked for the credit to come through on my credit card, but to no avail. Cindy said it should take 10 business days. It is now January 19, 2012 and I have yet to have a credit applied to my account. Cindy is no longer replying to my emails and phone calls are being sent straight to voicemail. I have contacted my credit card fraud deparment, the BBB and filed this complaint.
