There are several issues that continue to be ignored at this beautiful facility. As long as the money and guests roll in, heads are turned with blind eyes complaints fall upon deaf ears. Appointments are constantly made incorrectly- put with the wrong staff, wrong time, wrong day. Managers will call guests and move appointments giving false information as to why... I know first hand BC this happened to me and it was later confirmed with staff. The front desk has given out personal information that had nothing to do with business. Gossip has been overheard about other staff as well as guests. They have a body scrub that was no good, but were using it anyway adding bath salt to make it more abrasive. It was sticky and didn\\\\t smell or feel nice, least of all for $132! Customers do not get what they pay for unless you want to pay to sit in a robe all day in a dirty pool/ hot tub drink smoothies and eat over priced boxed food. Many times they don\\\\t have the supplies needed to give you the services they have on the menu, you wouldn\\\\t know unless you know someone or listen carefully when the staff comments about what they are lacking. Prices are about to go up too add the 20% service charge (this is not gratuity) + gratuity... I will be surprised if this place lasts if these things and rates continue.
