YES, These people are slimy scam artists, They will sell you anything, just to make a buck.\r\nThey sold me a mattress protector for my Latex bed that completely ruined the feel of the fine mattress.\r\nThen they would not take it back or give me a full store credit.\r\nI\\\\m stuck with a $129.00 piece of rubber junk. Thank GOD I didn\\\\t buy a mattress off them.\r\nDon\\\\t buy ANYTHING from them unless you are sure about it and KNOW you will NEVER be able to exchange it.
