Respected sir/madam,
I noticed a charge on my bank statement for $56.98 on Jan. 10, 2012. The charge was listed as HOM*GARNET so I called my bank and was informed that the same amount had been charger for the 3 prior months as well. They gave me the number 800-671-2958 to call the billing company directly. I reached a CSR by the name of Sharonda #6709 who informed me that I was enrolled in multiple \\\"programs\\\" and gave me three cancellation numbers and informed me that I would recieve a refund in the amount of $170.94. Today is March 1, 2012 and I still have not recieve a refund :( I NEVER signed up with this company to purchase anything and definately DID NOT enroll in an auto ship program considering I have been unemployed since Oct. 2010. Thanks Holsted Jewelers for making this hard time even harder for my family and me
