William Savage, 8608 Lugano Rd.; Randallstown, MD. 21133; 410-365-4121 signed a neuter contact on an english bulldog puppy I sold him in 2010. I have requested verification of this neuter and he says he hasn\\\\t neutered the dog because, \\\"he is broke, and doesn\\\\t have the money.\\\"\r\nHe also fraudulently registered the dog with full AKC registration. Once I called AKC and faxed them the contract, they at that point limited the dogs papers.\r\nWe are still pursuing this in small claims court, will post result on the internet.
