I will never recommend state farm insurance to anyone, I left for reasons of poor service. Three claims in 23 years, all of them handled poorly, one claim has been a year and still not resolved, a whopping $ 750 claim. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this insurance company. I switched and am very pleased with the new ins. company. State farm will tell you flat out do not go to your agent for assistance on claims, not their job. If that is the case, go with an online ins company, take out the middle man. Whatever you do stay away from them.
