On 1/27 I went to this dental office for surgery. This is the second time i visited there. After my surgery they said I had to pay on the spot. I was not sure how much my bill was going to be, and they charged me $122, which is excess. After I get my statement from my insurance, they said my payment portion is $87. I called the office and they said it\\\\s a mistake and they will send me the refund. Then after two weeks, I called back again and they said instead of sending me the check back, they said I had to call the accounting department. I called that department, and they said they will mail me the check but I haven\\\\t gotten my check yet. They are hassling me, and they should charge their patients the correct amount for the bill and not excess. If I don\\\\t call them, they would not have refunded my check. This is not the right way to run a business, especially a dental office.
