Company refuses to refund purchase price per their \\\"satisfaction guaranteed\\\" policy.\r\nIt it setup so that you cannot get a refund. Guarantee requires that you try the machine first, but then you must return it in \\\"new\\\" condition, which as it turns out, means \\\"unused\\\". Company would not issue refund because they claimed the machine was not \\\"new\\\" anymore.\r\n\r\nStay away from this company and it\\\\s owner, John Scimone
