Defective products
Respected sir/madam,
I purchased a round Jumpolene transparent ball bounce for my son\\\\s birthday in October. We have only inflated it about 2 or 3 times in the past four months, always indoors, and ALWAYS following your instructions. The last time we used it, about a month ago, we noticed air leaking. We inflated it today and discovered a split in the seam between the chamber holding the balls and the wall of the jumpolene. I no longer have the receipt or the box. When not in use, we fold it up and store it in a rubbermaid container. We paid $45 for this bouncer. My sons and I are extremely dissappointed in the quality of Intex products. Last year, a chamber on an air mattress divider popped and Intex would not replace it, nor would the retailer. In the interest of good customer service and in good faith, I am requesting a refund or replacement of this jumpolene. It doesnt have to be the same model if there is a defect in the materials, one comparable would be fine. Intex does not want to take responsibility for their defective materials and shoddy workmanship. I will no longer purchase their items. Their answer is always the same \\\"this product does not have a warranty and intex will not repair or replace it.\\\" Ridiculous!
