Our refrigerator we got at Lowes, is not 2 years old yet and it quit working. I called on a Sat and they told me they would have a service man out there to look at it the following Wednesday and it would cost me $85 for the service man to even come out. Well come Wednesday and there was a no show with the serviceman. On Thurday I called Lowes 1-888-775-6937 to tell them there was a no show on the serviceman. I am a senior citzen and this is very unhealthy for me. No ice. Food spoiled. I would think that customer service would be top notch at Lowes.\r\n\r\nBut I can see that it is not. I worked in business & retail for over 30 years, and customer service will either make you or break you.
