My hair was damaged and looked horrible
Respected sir/madam,
I went to Fantastic’s Sams for a haircut and color. I wanted red hair with a few blond highlites cost $80. The stylist got the color all wrong and messed up the haircut. I started to complain about it and she blew me off. I wasn’t feeling well after breathing all the fumes so I left. I returned the following week to show her that color had washed out and the highlights were now a violet color. I had also bought and used their brand color protect shampoo and conditioner.\r\n\r\nAnother stylist redid it and also straighten out the cut. I noticed she did not leave the color on very long and she said she was suppose to have left work by now. I got home and there was dried colorant in my hair. Color washed out of my hair for days. My hair was extremely dry. It had been very soft before the coloring. The color faded so badly that it was only left in the hair about 2 inches from the scalp. I went in and told the manager that I wanted a refund.\r\n\r\nMy hair was damaged and looked horrible. She said no and that they did not give refunds and wasn’t very nice at all. I simply didn’t want them to touch my hair anymore! I was definitely ripped off.
