Respected sir/madam,
I recently purchased online the Acai Berry Detox. I was supposed to have a 15 day free trial but within a few days I had been billed $83.18; today I checked my account and discovered the company had billed me again but this time there were three charges. $83.18, $2.00 and $1.95, these charges were not authorized. Since I did not receive a second order or even a shipping invoice with the first order I have spent time on my computer trying to track down a phone number to complain and cancel the order. I had to try several numbers before finally getting a customer service agent. They refused to reverse today's charges but agreed to cancel any future shipments. In the mean time I have read the complaints and I am worried I will be charged again. Someone needs to do something about this company. To add insult to injury, this product doesn't even work.
