My mother received card in the mail for her \\\"birthday\\\" from Holsted Jewelers, stating a \\\"Please accept the free* ring(s) below with our compliments. It\\\\s a choice of gifts to say, WE APPRECIATE YOU! Plus: Receive a Free Surprise gift with each FREE* Ring! A Special Offer for our Paula Young customers.\\\"\r\nLike almost everyone today, financially my 71 year old mother, and 80 year old father have to budget down to their last penny. My mom has cancer, and my 80 father has been forced to work, just to make ends meet.\r\nThe fact that Holsted Jewelers is stealing peoples\\\\ hard earned money, is a disgrace, and makes me sick. They found my mother\\\\s name, through Paula Young, a company who sells wigs. I purchase a wig for my mother, because the chemotherapy caused hair loss, as usual, and like all cancer patients, it is hard to accept at first. The fact that this Holsted Company, is praying on innocent people, and it by reading the complaints, mostly the elderly.\r\nEveryone, even if you didn\\\\t actually want the gift, needs to send a complaint to the BBB, and shut these scam artists down!!!\r\nThank goodness, two weeks ago when my tried to call the 800 number, she was placed on hold for 30 minutes and then just hung up... She was going to surprise me with the ring, and I am so happy she wasn\\\\t able to speak to anyone that day!!! So, today I had some free time, and took the card and searched Holsted Jewelers, and every search result came back with complaints and warnings about the company...
