Complaint: I ordered lavish skincare after seeing a commercial on television. It was advertised as a free trial offer for the shipping price of $4.95. When I went on the website in addition to the lavish it said I should order derma bright for 3.95. This past weekend i noticed a charge of 180.00 from my checking account. Evidently they thought they were going to bill me this every month. I have a life-threatening disease and live on social security. They are crooks. Ads and website very deceiving. Don’t order from them. You will not get your money back. They over drafted my account. Finally to shut me up they offered 40.00 and I want it all back. I suffer from cognitive disabilities from my illness and these people will rip anyone off. I asked how they would feel if this were their mother and they refused to answer. I will file anywhere and everywhere until someone listens. They need to tell people they are going to be paying much more.
