I made a complaint about this man being an unlicensed contractor and being a phony Electrician who doesn’t even have a licensed by the board and to top it off he charges outrageously expensive. He did a job that he charged for 35,000 dollars when legally you are only allowed to charge way less under 500 dollars when being unlicensed. On the other hand keep in mind that you legally don’t have to pay an unlicensed contractor more than 500 dollars. Don’t let this man intimidate you. Charles is a bully.
