Complaint: I work for another assisted living facility on graveyard but the hiring staff had to have me come in on a work day where I had gotten off of work in the early morning and I was scheduled to return that same day at ten P.M. to begin my shift. I was to fill out new hire paperwork at 2:00 P.M. and I did that but then they wanted for me to do a drug test for which would not have been a problem had I not have voided for my time “morning.”” I explained to the on duty male RN

Address: Lewis of my circumstances and he said there was no problem and we could do this at a later date. So
Website: “”Lewis doesn’t know what he’s talking about! You need to stop arguing with me and get back in her!”” I then asked to speak to someone else because she was just going off the deep end and this did not feel right to me. Phone: I went out to my truck and had already backed out of the parking spot and was slowly decending around the building’s corner when my cell phone rang. I quickly answered it and the female caller identified herself as Daesa from Monticello Park. She told me that I need to get back in the building. I asked what was wrong and she repeated herself with more urgency. I asked again what was wrong and she began to bellow at me that I could not take off whenever I wanted to and that I needed to get back in here and take the drug test. I attempted to explain to her what my reasons were for not being able to as I could not void. She yelled at me that I needed to stop arguing with her and making excuses and she went to tell me that I had no right to refuse to take a drug test. Again
