Complaint: I purchased two boost mobile Samsung galaxy prevail phones on march 9 2012 and someone stole one of my phones later that month and I had insurance on the phone and I have been calling since the end of march to report the phone stolen and boost mobile won’t do anything about it. I have been receiving e-mails saying that someone is adding money to the phone. I have both phones linked to my e-mail account so I receive an e-mail when the person adds money to the phone but boost won’t turn the phone off or anything they keep playing dumb and being rude every time I call. I ask for a supervisor or manager and they place me on hold for an hour or more to discourage me and make me hang up but I keep holding and when I finally get someone they are no help at all. They don’t have an corporate number so you can call and complain and I don’t think it is fair the way boost mobile runs it’s company and I will never in life use boost mobile, or sprint again since they have bought boost mobile goodbye and good riddance.
