Complaint: Mark Blankenship and Just Right Companies, licensed with Century 21 offer property management services. We engaged their services to manage a single family residence in the Kansas City area. We became dis-satisfied with their services and terminated our contract with them. They owed us in excess of $1900 which Mr. Mark Blankenship agreed to send us the full amount next day air on or around May 15th, 2013. Mr. Mark Blankenship copied LaTasha Wigfall on his email response to me. We received no such payment as was due to us. We have subsequently engaged a local (Texas) attorney who sent them a letter. Subsequent to the letter a check was mailed to the attorney but for a little over $900 as full payment. We rejected the amount and sent the check back demanding full payment. As of September 10, 2013 we have not heard a word from Mark Blankenship, licensee with Century 21 under the trade name of Just Right Companies. We are in the process of filing a formal complaint with the Missouri Real Estate Commission as well as engage Missouri counsel to sue Mr. Mark Blankenship and Just Right Companies and if possible name Century 21 in the suit. If anyone is thinking of engaging the services of Just Right Companies, Mr. Mark Blankenship, LaTasha Wigfall or another co-worker at Just Right Companies in the name of Maria E. Garcia, who are all aware of the promises made by Mark Blankenship, I would strongly recommend you seek other companies.
