Complaint: Where do I start. We purchased a mobile home from Ryan Andes at East side homes wichita, ks and to make a long story short he did nothing but lie to us throughout the majority of the deal. Well, towards the end of the deal, we decided we’d go ahead and move into a ARC mobile home community (another mistake), and when we arrived at the ARC community they told us we’d have to sign a 4 yr agreement and we told Ryan Andes that we wasn’t willing to agree to no more than 2 yrs in this mobile home park so he asked us to go ahead and sign the agreement w/ ARC and that he’d pay the penalities if we choose to leave the mobile home park after 2 yrs, well since we’ve been lied to by Ryan so much already we told him over the phone that “NO
