Complaint: I started working at Instinct because I was a recent college grad and the pickings were slim. Caleb Simms, the man who “owns”” the company sat me down and promised me 700 dollars a week gaurenteed. So I decided to give it a shot. Utter b*******

Address: they make you sneak around businesses and try and sell makeup to people without getting caught in the store. If you get caught you sneak back in and try and sell to the customers again. None of the owners have cars (funny huh)? So they make you drive if you have a car and they make you drive up to 200 miles a day and never give you gas money. Oh and guess what you start at 730 and if you have a car the bosses force you to give them a ride home

Website: luckily I was so they were nice to me but still tried to skim money from me and take has money from me

Phone: once again with no gas money. So any profit you make goes right into your tank. By the way I hope you like working from 730am to 10pm
