Complaint: Raintree sold me a home in march of 2014 well was getting a loan with them. The lot i rented kept filling up with water. which has been an on goig problem for years. for 4 months i tried to get them to come out and look at it. they finally did and acted like there was nothing they could do. the inspector from omhc come out and declared the home unsafe and unhabitable. they will not return my money. i am not asking for my lot rent back. im an askiing for my down payment and my house payment i paid from march til july. how many times can they keep ripping people off.
