Complaint: I want to let everyone in the area know about my experience with this company to hopefully help others from being scammed by this company. They go house by house after hail storms looking for people to replace their roofs and file a claim to your insurance for it. They offer the world just to try to earn your business. Once they do, you’re stuck with most irresponsible, mediocre, and rude individual you can think of. He subcontracts the cheapest roofers in the market who will go and do a mediocre job, will not finish in one day like they promise and you will start getting one excuse after the other. Once they finally finish your roof, your roof is going to look worst than before they replaced it. Why? Shingles will be peeling off right away. Not a single line of shingles will be straight.And on top of that, HE WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY OF IT. He will keep saying that it is normal. He offers a warranty that he will not honor, obviously since he can’t even finish doing the job. He will get rude, offensive, and aggressive. The only thing he wants is the final check from your insurance, to collect the money from things he personally put on the final invoice and sent to your insurance, but never actually replace on your roof. When you ask him why those things were never replaced, he will claim they did replace them, even with the proof in front of him. He will offend you telling you that you just want to make money from the insurance claim when he’s the one charging for services that were never rendered. My intent is to help other people before they become victims of this rude, mediocre, insurance scammer.
