Complaint: This young guy named Jerry Burns called my Mom’s house this morning. He asked for me. My mom said that I was at work. She asked him what he wanted and she told him that she is my mom. He said he is from NCS and someone put a formal complaint against me. She asked what NCS stands for and he said he didn’t know. She also asked what was the complaint about and who did it and he said he didn’t know. After I my mom called me and I told her it’s a scam she tried calling the number. To her surprise the number was not in service.
