Complaint: On February 2, 2012 we drove the 2 hour drive to Bangor, to get our German shepherd puppy from Kevin. He seemed like a nice guy and was helpful. When we got there we drove down his driveway and was greeted by a loose German shepherd running at our truck. Dogs were barking off the hook. A horse was trying to get water out of his bucket but it was all frozen. My uncle couldn’t Handle it so he went back to the truck. We talked to Kevin for a few minutes, then made us stay outside while he went into his beat down barn. We expected to see about a 20 pound 9 week old puppy running out to meet us. No. Instead we saw a tiny 6 pound dog that looked no older than 5 weeks. He was shivering and was cold. He had food pellets covering his feet. Kevin said, “I didn’t have time to give him a bath”” he looked so scared. We said “”look you said $2000
