I am a Newfoundland breeder and have people buyers from Ohio (and long time Newfoundland owners) who mentioned visiting Lighthouse and said the conditions were terrible. They said she would only let one or 2 dogs out and brought a young puppy out for the kennel building. They said the dogs were a matted mess and she wouldn’t let them in the kennel (any good breeder should let you see their facilities).
