Complaint: I made the foolish decision to purchase a dishwasher from Lowes in April of last year. BIG MISTAKE! Lowes installed it, and it leaked. I immediately called the store in Casa Grande, AZ and spoke to Joe. He assured me that they would take care of it, they would send someone out right away to take care of it. Than never happened. After months of calling, and finally being told by Carol that it would be fixed when she said so, or it wouldn’t be fixed I had enough. I finally was “permitted”” to speak to the store Manager when I said that I was calling the AZ ROC if they didn’t transfer me to the Store Manager. The store Manager assured me that this would be resolved. He called the claims dept & spoke to Nicole who then called me to say that they were going to resolve this quickly. In September
