In 07/30/20I5, I found charges in my bank account for sample products that were offered in a pop-up announcement through my cable company, announcing that I was eligible to receive the products as a free gift. It was the skin/eye care or vitamins. I selected the skin care for $4.95 for mailing charges; then another pop-up came out saying “all people that order Vitalie, also ordered LimaLift and for just $1.95 mailing charges, you can get it” So I also ordered both. There was no way to go back in the internet page. I called the number in my credit card bill, I called the number in the packing list, I called the number in the print out from the Internet, on all of them I got the same woman “Debra”. She stated that I bought a membership of monthly products to be charges and shipped to me. I denied it, she calmly all the time repeted the same thing, and will not give me any refund whatsoever. When I asked for a Supervisor, she stated “actually, I am the Regional Manager”. So I told her, “Oh, so you have a scam, you are the owner, you shipped, you bill, you get the money and nobody else can help.” Even she denied it; I called my bank to report the disputed items. I only wish that she is presented charges for scamming people.
