I placed my order on November 3rd. The charge on my credit card is some Chinese name that was completly unrelated to the name Luskin Report. I have not received my item and I have contacted customer service through the “contact us” button 3 times with no reply. | But there is no other way to get a hold of them. I have also received no tracking information. When you login it just says order in process. If I don’t hear back soon I will have to try to do a chargeback on my credit card. Realy disappointed because I was really excited about the jacket I ordered.
