Complaint: After having worked for this company via a temp agency, I discovered through complaints of current employees that Papa Pita Bakery has diverted employee wages by causing them to work overtime and not paying the overtime by saying ” we only pay overtime after 80 hours in a two week period. So if you worked 60 hours one week and 30 hours the next week you only be paid for ten hours of overtime instead of the 20 you earned. This company plays on the fear of many of the mexican / spanish people. Everyone is afraid to speak up or file legal complaints. You do not want to be employed by this employer. NO Benefits
