Metabo Matrix Review

I received a statment from Bank of America to the effect that a company in Scottsdale, Az. had billed my B of A checking account a recurring charge of $59.95. The statment from B of A mentioned a company named VLHEALTH with a phone number (***) ***-****. I called this number and a representative of the company informed me that when I placed the order for the weight loss product, that I had a week (or possibly two) to cancel the order without incurring a recurring charge. | This company claimed that I failed to cancel within the allotted time, and so the charge became recurrring. My belief is that this is a flat out LIE. I would have NEVER agreed to a recurring charge and my only intent was to try out the product to see how it worked. | However, in order to further bolster my claim that they are LYING, I only received one bottle of their product, which would not have happened if the busines transaction had been a recurring one. | I called the Police Dept. in Scottsdale Az. and they said that since I live in Oceanside, CA that I should refer my complaint to the Oceanside Police Dept., which I intend to do tomorrow morning. In addition, I intend to file a complain about this comopany (VLHEALTH, also known as Metabomatrix) to the Better Business Bureau of Arizona. | I am doing all this in the hope that no one else will have to deal with the frudulent business practices of this company
