The plumber came out to find to repair a leaky hose to our kitchen sink side sprayer and said that we needed a new garbage disposal, but I told him no that the disposal worked fine and explained the problem. He agreed that the side sprayer needed a new hose and said he ordered it and it would take a day or two. A week later the company sent another plumber over, but he said that he did not have the hose and would have to go to Lowes . He returned an hour later and told me that the part did not fit and he that he did not know what to do, so he said he needed to call his boss on the phone to know what to do next. He said that he was going back to Lowes and when he came back he told me how he went to seven places to buy a hose. That is not possible since I live in a small town and Lowes is the only place in town . I had to leave the room, but when I came back the whole unit had been replaced ( the faucet, the on/off handle and the side sprayer) with a cheaper, inferior builder-grade fixtures. I just thought to myself, I would have my husband install our fixtures back and order the hose myself. When the plumber left I realized that he had taken our fixtures with him, so I called the owner and was told different reasons why he had done that 1) they always do that to which I replied I wanted my fixtures back regardless 2) that they were already disposed of . After contacting and complaining to the home warranty company ( Old Republic ) finally agreed to sending me a $325.00 check to compensate, after they offered me initially $75.00. The result of all of this is my time, my money, the inconvenience of not being able to use my sink for a week, I ended up having to buy new fixtures that were inferior finishes to what I originally had. We got scammed by this company in Raleigh, N.C.
