Complaint: 2013-07-13 When I started a driviing position with MV Transportation, it was very clear the Mexican people who worked and managed the facility were bias against the Black or African-american people who worked or became employed there, I witnessed on several occasions where Black people were in teh driver’s room waiting for theor name to be called, so they could pick up their keys from the window, do their inspection on the vehicle and start their day. But as I was saying, the person in the window would make sure to call the names of the Mexican people loud, but when it came to the Blacks who were in there waiting for their names to be called – even if they were in the office – the girl in the office window would call the names of Black people really low so that they could not hear their name being called and would mark them late. But the Mexican people who would acutally be late, they would not be marked late. Another incident is wherever there is any small incident that may only call for a coaching, the Black person wold be fired, but the Mexican people who commit egregious violations, were not discipled. For violations that deemed them to be terminated, they were only written up, violations of Black people that only deemed a write up turned out to be their termination. NOW, just before 6-28-13, my co-workers mother went into the women’s restroom and say writing on the bathroom door stall saying “I Hate These N****** Over Here”” and when it was reported to the managers
