Complaint: I use the Tollway a couple of time a year, not often enough to justify buying a tolltag. Over the years I recieved Toll invoices from NTTA, these invoices are always a FIRST or SECOND NOTICE OF NONPAYMENT and already includes a late fee. I rarely got a new invoice in the first place. I contacted NTTA several times before to complain because I never got the original invoice. What a coincidence that most of the time I receive the NONPAYMENT notices, one right after the other, but never the original invoice. At one time I was invoiced for over $2000 that icluded tolls and late fees for over a year. Also, It’s impossible to check balance or amount due in the NTTA website if you don’t have the invoice number. A very well planned scam to overcharge for a service that should be free in the first place.
