I placed online order which stated Immediate registration, and Digital ID card. I also Purchased the Physical card as well. After about an hour or so with no email I began to get a little nervous. I called in and spoke with Monica, she had stated that she was working on my Card as we spoke and I should see it any minute. About 2 hours went by and I called back in and Monica again answered but this time she was a little rude… stating that the Website is down and they’re waiting for it to come back up but I should have it shortly… | She then stated rather rudely that I would get it withing 24 to 48 hours. I asked her to go ahead and cancel my order because I was getting a feeling that I was getting ripped off. Her responses seemed rehearsed and practiced meaning this isn’t her first phone call about not recieveing documentation. | I never got it that day, so I called back after 24 hours and Monica answered. She said the Server was down this time. And they told her it would be back up at any time and she again wouldn’t cancel my order and re assured me I’d get the product I had paid for. It has now been almost 120 hours and no Digital ID card, and Zero communication. No one has reached out to let me know that its on its way or explaining the delay or any email correspondence… I checked the BBB and wow, many people had the same experience.
